2、桿體總高X米，上口徑為Xmm，下口徑為Xmm，壁厚Xmm。燈桿底部帶有法蘭盤，法蘭盤安裝孔距為?X，通過地腳螺栓安裝在基礎(chǔ)上。（X為用戶設(shè)定的參數(shù)，或由公司按常規(guī)配置）

3、燈桿焊接方式為自動埋弧焊接，焊接可靠，表面光滑，無明顯的氣孔、焊瘤、咬邊等焊接缺陷，超聲波探傷檢驗，達焊接GBl1345Ⅱ級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

3. The welding mode of lamp pole is automatic submerged arc welding. The welding is reliable, the surface is smooth, and there are no obvious welding defects such as gas holes, welding nodules, undercut, etc. The ultrasonic flaw detection test meets the requirements of GBl1345 Class II standard.

4、鋼桿防腐處理采用內(nèi)外熱鍍鋅，鍍鋅工藝過程經(jīng)過酸洗、熱鍍鋅、水洗、磷化、鈍化等過程，鍍鋅層表面光滑美觀，光澤一致，無皺皮、流墜及鋅瘤、起皮、斑點、陰陽面等缺陷存在，鋅層厚度達到 86um以上，符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T13912-92，鍍鋅層附著力符合GB2694-88的要求，防腐壽命大于30年。

4. Hot-dip galvanizing is used for steel rod anticorrosive treatment. The galvanizing process includes pickling, hot-dip galvanizing, water washing, phosphating and passivation. The surface of the galvanized layer is smooth and beautiful, with uniform luster. There are no wrinkles, falling, galvanizing tumors, peeling, spots, Yin and yang. The thickness of the galvanized layer is over 86um, which meets the national standard GB/T13912-92, and the adhesion of the galvanized layer is in line with GB2694-88. Requirements, anticorrosion life is longer than 30 years.

5、燈桿熱鍍鋅后進行靜電噴塑（顏色可選擇），噴塑前先磨砂以增加附著力，噴塑過程中嚴(yán)格控制固化時間和溫度，保證塑層均勻、光滑、無氣孔。噴塑層厚度≧1Ooum，附著力達到GB9286-880級，表面光滑，硬度≧2H。

5. Electrostatic spraying of lamp pole after galvanizing (color is optional), grinding before spraying to increase adhesion, curing time and temperature are strictly controlled during spraying process to ensure uniform, smooth and non-porous plastic layer. The thickness of sprayed layer is more than 1 Ooum, the adhesion is GB9286-880, the surface is smooth, and the hardness is more than 2 H.

1、燈體、燈蓋采用鋁合金壓鑄，表面經(jīng)靜電噴塑處理，結(jié)構(gòu)輕巧耐腐蝕。燈具外殼防腐蝕性能Ⅱ級；防護等級IP65；防觸電等級Ⅰ類。符合《燈具安全要求及試驗》（GB7000.1-7000.6）的規(guī)定。

4、反射器、鋼化玻璃罩以及燈座用密封膠粘成一體，組成內(nèi)換泡結(jié)構(gòu)，具有良好的密封性能，密封圈耐高溫250℃以上，密封程度達IP66。
